የመስቀል በዓል + መንፈሳዊ ዐወደ ርእይ

ጾመ ፍልሰታ

 IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER AND THE SON AND THE HOLY SPIRIT, ONE GOD.  AMEN.

''Filseta'' is a pre-assumption fast instituted by the apostles. It lasts for 15days and is commonly refferd as ''little lent''. It is a sober and earnest time in which people of all age participate. Even small children under seven years of age, the sick, and the sojourner, who are normally exempt from the discipline, maintain the fast of the assumption. Apostles continued to be sad and sorrowful, because of her separation from them, and because they were left orphans by her; for Our Lord had given them the hope that they would see her in the flesh. The Ethiopian book of saints-the synaxarium /January 29/ discusses the assumption. Filseta is the time when the faithful examine their lives in light of the purity, holiness, and obedience of the Virgin. In this spirit one fasts,one prays,one dedicates anew his or her life to God.

“ተንሥእ እግዚኦ ውስተ ዕረፍትከ አንተ ወታቦተ መቅደስከ፤ አቤቱ ወደ ዕረፍትህ ተነሥ፥ አንተና የመቅደስህ ታቦት” /መዝ.131፥8/

“ተንሥኢ ወንዒ ቅርብትየ እንቲአየ ሠናይት ርግብየ ውስተ ጽላሎተ ኰኲሕ ቅሩበ ጥቅም፡፡ አቅራቢያዬ መልካሟ ርግብየ ተነሽ፤ ነዪ፤ በግንቡ አጠገብ ወዳለው ወደ ዋሻው ጥላ፡፡” /መኃ.2፥10-14/

ጌታችን መድኀኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ እመቤታችንን መቅደሱ፥ ታቦቱ፣ ማደሪያው፣ መንበሩ እናቱ አድርጎ መረጣት፡፡ ስለዚህ ምክንያት አብ ጠበቃት ወልድ በተለየ አካሉ ሥጋን ከርሷ ተዋሐደ መንፈስ ቅዱስ አጸናት፡፡ እመቤታችን በዚህ ኃላፊ ዓለም ለ64 ዓመት ቆይታለች፡፡ ጥር ሰኞ ይብታል ሰኞ እስከ ሰኞ 8 ሰኞ እስከ ሰኞ 15፣ ሰኞ እስከ ሰኞ 22፣ ሰኞን ትቶ እሑድ ጥር 21 ቀን እመቤታችን አርፋለች፡፡ ሐዋርያት ባጎበር አድርገው ወደ ጌቴ ሴማኒ ይዘዋት ሲሄዱ አይሁድ “ቀድሞ ልጇን ሰቅለን ብንገድለው ደቀ መዛሙርቱ ተነሣ፣ ዐረገ” እያሉ ሲያውኩን ኖሩ፤ ዛሬ ደግሞ እርሷን ተነሣች፣ ዐረገች እያሉ ሊያውኩን አይደለምን? በእሳት እናቃጥላታለን” ብለው ተነሡ፡፡ ታውፋንያ የሚባል አይሁዳዊ ተራምዶ አጎበሩን ጨበጠው፡፡ መልአኩ ቅዱስ ሩፋኤል የታውፋንያን ሁለት እጁን በሰይፍ መትቶ ቀጣው፡፡ በዚህም የታውፋንያ ሁለት እጁ ከአጎበሩ ተንጠልጥሎ ቀረ፡፡ ከዚያ በኋላ መድኀኒታችን ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ ወንጌላዊውን ቅዱስ ዮሐንስ ጨምሮ በደመና ነጥቆ ከገነት በዕፀ ሕይወት ሥር አኖራት፡፡
